Our Booking Policy We can’t wait to see you! Here’s everything you need to know to make booking with us easy and stress-free. Booking's Made Easy Book anytime through our website — it’s quick and secure. You’ll get an instant confirmation email once your spot is reserved. Payments We may ask for a small deposit of 25% which secures your booking during busy periods. The rest is due upon completion of your appointment. We accept Cash or Credit/Debit Card payments. Cancellations Plans change — we get it! Cancel with 72-hours or more in advance. Cancellations within 24-hours are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full. Need to Reschedule? You can reschedule up to 24-hours before your booking (subject to availability). Last-minute changes may incur a small fee. Arriving on Time We will arrive promptly so we can give you the best experience. If there is a delay on your part for your booking, we may need to shorten or cancel your session. Questions?
